Kale, I added heated seats to the M3, It's not that hard, or expensive.

I even have a spare switch console with seat heater switches, I could hook ya up

Yes! Please do.....and tell them not to tell anyone else it's for sale

If you can get me some pics and details on it, that would be Awe-some!

I did find a few 525iT out here for less than 10K. So you'd also get a mini vacation with the car too!

a little far to go to get the car???????????????? how so? If it's going to be your daily, you might as well break it in with a 2000 mile drive home. It would takea total of 3 days to fly out and drive back. Totally worth it, if you have someone to go with, that is.

Depending in the actual seat elements you use, I'd say @$300 plus time/effort/swearing/adult beverages.

you

No one has offered this gem yet, so I'll just drop it here (E46 Wiki for ya to snack on): http://www.bimmerfest.com/wiki/index.php/BMW_E46

One of the most complete and organized for a chasis I've seen.

BUMP!

Ok, bumping this up because I am going to call and talk to the owner today and would like to know and questions I should be asking him while I have him on the phone. Dax (my brother) is going to drive up there next week and take it to a shop TC knows to have the PPI done.

What things do I need to look out for on the PPI? Keep in mind, this is NOT an Xi.

TIA!

Here's some shots of the car:

leaks, Oil Filter Housing, oil pan
if the sub frame recall was checked and/or performed
other general BMW stuff (cooling system, bushings, do all electricals work? check engine light and why?)

it's nothing we can't fix if it's mechanical
