I like pearl. heavy pearl. or large metalflake. if you're not down with the dirty, i like fancy oem colors as well, i prefer the blues, purples, and reds.

a saturated green would look cool on an e30 too like the other guy said haha.

I'm ordering my exedy clutch today and I'm going back and forth on going with the Mach 350 stage 1 or the Mach 400 stage 2. I know I want exedy because I have ran them in all of my cars I've built Evo,sr20det,Audi,etc and they have treated me very well, but the v8 is a new breed to me! Your guys input would be great.

New headgaskets installed, ARP headstuds, New Valve Covers, New starter. Here are a few pictures. Biggest part left are fuel lines and wiring.

Looks good. Any trouble with those mounts? I have heard of people having to slot them.

No nothing major at all they bolt up very easy. I was happy with them.

---------- Post added at 10:50 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:14 AM ----------

Everything is bolted in for me now I am just finishing the little things that seem like they take the longest. Pedals, ps, cooling system, etc. My wiring went fairly easy with the e30v8 manual I highly recommend it if your going to do it. It answers a lot of the little questions you run into. One thing I am working on now as well is the oil dipstick because the pan is different you have to modify it to fit. I used the stock location and am going to cut the stick to fit when it is full of oil. I ordered headers last night and heat wrap for them as well so that will make me even closer on the build. also I purchased royal purple 5w30 and a royal purple filter so I hope to get things going sooner than later.

If you have any questions or need any help id be more than happy to share my knowledge from my build!

I will b posting more pics soon when I receive these parts.

I would love to see more pics. I am using a carburetor, so not much wiring going on. I am also using a dipstick through the timing cover. My father is a ford guy and has donated a bunch of the parts.

What are your plans for the clutch system? I was thinking of using the hydraulic throw out bearing.

Did you use a massive master delete for the brakes?

Do you have pics of the clutch set up? Did you reinforce the firewall?

Last questions for today. Hahaha

Car is close to paint probably should be within the next 2 weeks. trying to figure out a solution for the height of the rear end, the car is on h&r Billstien combo and the rear sits way to high needs to go down about an inch.
