Default New BMW 1 Series Coupe Driving Footage

Okay, I can't believe I'm posting this footage because I'm still not feeling this car at all. Maybe that will change but for now... enjoy the video.

Quote:
Set for release in Spring 2008, the 1 Series Coupe will be available in 2 versions -- 128i and the 135i. The former will be powered by a 3.0-liter, 230 horsepower inline 6-cyinder engine that generates 200 lb-ft of torque, the 135i will be powered by BMW's twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine that produces 300 horsepower and an incredible 300 lb-ft of torque from as low as 1,400 rpmm, as an added bonus the M Aerodynamic Kit is standard.

I'm not a fan of the car, but I'll take the road.

Neat video, although yeah the car's still very shruggable. The fact of the matter is, it's an entry-level BMW, not a 3-series let alone an M3. So people that get really excited about this car is like getting really excited about a new Civic when we all already have S2ks... catch my drift?

I can't wait to see whether or not this engine can take an ass-whipping after people go big single on them!

Don't like the looks but I like the thought of the twin turbo in the small car.

I don't like the looks of the convertible, but I could probably get used to the standard coupe.
